Do you accept insurance?

Yes! Blossom Neuro Speech and Wellness is a participating provider for Medicare, KY Medicaid, Passport, Caresource, and Wellcare. We also accept most commercial plans through Anthem BCBS, United, Humana, and Aetna.

We often work closely with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Brain Injury Trust Fund to help clients and their families cover needed services.

If you are not covered under these plans, we accept private payment and will provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Where are you located?

Our office is located in the Medical Arts Building off Eastern Parkway in the Highlands in Louisville, KY. We are on the third floor of the building in Suite 3358. We also provide services via telehealth or in-home for established clients.

How do I get started?

Can I do my therapy through telehealth?

Yes! We have a secure telehealth system that we can use for your visits. It is easy to access and can be used on a computer, phone, or tablet. It is possible to do all visits virtually, or a combination of in-person and virtual!

How long does therapy last?

It depends! We will always make this decision together. It is a decision that is very individualized to the person and something we will check in about frequently during your sessions. Insurance does often place some restrictions on this and we will work with you to make sure you understand all of your options. Individual sessions last 45-60 minutes.

Do you just serve the Louisville area?

No! While our office is located in Louisville, we offer telehealth services for all of Kentucky and Indiana.

I am interested in yoga and mindfulness but not speech therapy. Is this an option?
