Jill offers a four session package ($125). This includes four private sessions (45 minutes), meeting in-person or virtually—your choice! Sessions will include an intake about your goals, provide personalized education on stress management using breath work, information about the nervous system, one and one instruction on breathing techniques, and time in sessions for you to ask questions about your own experiences with the breathing practice.
